One in a Million is committed to working in partnership. Our partners include Bradford City Football Club, the Football Association and especially the West Riding County Football Association, Bradford Council and many funders, ranging from the European Union and the Learning & Skills Council through to grant-giving bodies such as West Yorkshire Police, the Little Horton Streets Ahead Partnership, the Tony Rampton Trust Fund and many more, plus charities such as Children in Need and private donors. We welcome more partners and the deepening of our relationships with existing partners. In this, we are supported by Level Partnerships.
One example of how working in partnership leads to opportunities is how recognition of our work through sports with young people led to an approach from the West Riding County FA (WRCFA) to transfer the regional Girls’ Centre of Excellence from Dewsbury to Bradford, a first for the city, and one of only 52 in the UK which feeds directly into the girls’ England Talent ID camps. This was achieved in partnership with Bradford City FC (BCFC) and Bradford City women’s football club.

If you share our passion for Bradford, please help us to make a difference here in our city.
If you have been reading our story because young people in your home town or city need something similar, and perhaps you know of our partnership with Bradford City Football Club, we would be delighted to hear from you, to share ideas and to support your initiatives with your own clubs and communities.
There are so many good people in the game of football, in other sports, in the arts and in enterprise, who wish that youngsters in their part of the world could make the most of their talents. The passion comes from different religions and different political beliefs but we take heart from knowing that this spirit of pastoral care for individuals is shared across all clubs and communities.
We would like to thank all who help us treat each young person as ‘One in a Million.’
